This is a large liquidation sale for the estate of the late owner of Sam Tate's Interior.  Because there is such a large amount of fine art and furnishings the sale will be divided into 3-4 parts.  All items will be available for phone, email and internet purchase after the sale has been opened to the public for 2 hours on July 5th.  Shipping is available and arrangements can be made at the expense of the buyer.
