Because there is such a large amount of fine art and furnishings the sale will be divided into 3 parts. Each sale will contain nothing from the previous sale. This first sale will run 9 days. All items will be available for phone, email and internet purchase after the sale has been opened to the public for 2 hours on July 5th. Shipping is available and arrangements can be made at the expense of the buyer. For This first Sale we have inventoried/cataloged over 1500 items. An additional room that is located behind the building will also be opened that has furniture, rugs, etc photos of it will added by Thursday. Numbers will be available by 6 AM on the morning of the 5th to hold your space in line for the sale. We open promptly at 9am. We reserve the right to limit the number of people in the building at any time
